Learn to make Ricotta Gnocchi from our expert, Sharon Abercrombie. All ingredients are provided and the tuition is $5.00 payable by stopping in the Library or sending your check for $5.00 to Jefferson Hills Library, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.

Please bring the following utensils to class:

Wooden or synthetic cutting board

Mixing Bowl 

Sharp Knife (not serrated) or pasta dough scraper

Spatula
