Program Description

Body

Qigong combines gentle movement and breathing exercises to improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, and relieve stress. Anyone can practice Qigong regardless of age, ability, or fitness level. All are welcome. No special equipment is required.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Wearing earrings is not recommended. Led by Vince Galloni, local certified Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) leader with 10+ years of experience.
