Program Description
Body
This class taught by Jackie Umans at local colleges and public libraries, is a safe place to practice and learn to use your voice as the first line of defense to say "NO" in dangerous situations such as driving away a mugger. This valuable program is for all women in our community, including our high school young women, heading off to college.
