Program Description

Body

Discover the benefits of Tai Chi: a gentle, low-impact exercise that improves balance, flexibility, stress relief, and mental focus. Classes include warmups, breathing, rooting, and flowing postures designed to help you relax and reconnect body and mind.

Sifu Rhett Lauffenburger, owner and chief instructor of Rothrock’s Kung Fu & Tai Chi in West Mifflin, has over 25 years of experience training in Tai Chi under a Master Instructor. His teaching reflects the depth and authenticity of traditional, long-term study. Sifu Rhett is dedicated to making Tai Chi both accessible and rewarding for adults and seniors, blending time-honored principles with a supportive, encouraging approach.

Join us Tuesdays at 11:45 and experience how Tai Chi can enhance your health and wellbeing.

Please pay $5.00 at the library front desk upon arrival for this class. Thank you!
