Jefferson Hills Library will be hosting 4 writing sessions for the WQED 2026 Writers Contest during January and February. We will provide snacks and drinks to fuel your creative energy!
The contest is running from January 5th - March 31st and is open to students in Grades K - 5!
“There’s no required theme—young authors are free to let their imaginations soar and create any original story they wish. All participants are invited to both write and illustrate their own stories, and WQED will return all submissions at our expense.”
